Thank You!

It's been two weeks since our first fundraiser and all of us at Such & Such are still amazed by the support we received that night. Thanks to all of you who came out and/or donated money or an auction item, and special thanks to our wonderful, willing (and HOT) bachelors, our emcee Ricky Paul, the Dumpsta Players (who put on a great show) and the staff at Tabu...all of you came together for a very memorable and successful event! From Brian, Jerry, Kelly, Michelle and Paul, a sincere and grateful thanks to you all!
We managed to raise half our film's budget that night...a great success, but we're still not there. This is NOT turning into yet another plea for your money (although we're still taking donations!)....we're just inviting you to ANOTHER fun night with us! Details are still being worked out, but our December fundraiser will not involve a hefty cover fee or auctions...but there will be copious drink specials and hot men in their underwear!! You'll want to bring your friends (the ones who like hot men in their underwear), so check back for details here VERY SOON!

Help make our film!

Summer may be winding down, but we're just getting warmed up at Such & Such Productions. Plans for our film are rolling along: we've secured a location, hired a production designer and begun the casting process. But we need to raise money to make this film!

You can help us (and have a lot of fun) by coming to our first fundraising party on Saturday, October 2, at Philly's Tabu Lounge and Sports Bar! We're still finalizing plans for entertainment and music, but we're hoping you'll join us for a two hour open bar with light fare, plus a bachelor auction, an amazing silent auction, raffles...many details to follow, so check back here or on Facebook. It's going to be a great night!

You don't have to wait for the party to help us out. You can make a donation now, receive some cool gifts, and maybe see your name on the big screen! Check out these donor levels:

Production Assistant: For a $25 donation you'll receive a special thank you in the end credits of our film.

Best Boy: A $50 donation gets you a special thanks in the credits and an official Regrets movie poster.

Key Grip: Donate $100 for a special thanks credit and a DVD of the completed film.

Cinematographer: $250 gets you a special thanks, a DVD, and a movie poster signed by the filmmakers....PLUS if you donate before October 2nd you'll get free admission to our fundraising party at Tabu for you and a guest!

Associate Producer: We're not messing around at this level...$500 gets you a DVD, a signed movie poster and admission for 2 to Tabu on October 2...plus an actual "Associate Producer" title in the closing credits of our film!

Co-Producer: This is the big one! $1,000 gets you everything at the Associate Producer level, except...you will be listed as a "Co-Producer" in the opening credits!

You can donate now via paypal, or email us for details on paying by check. With your help we're going to make a great film!

The Movie

So by now you're probably wondering what this Regrets flick is all about. Well, it's about a guy who wakes up somewhere he shouldn't. It's also about a few thousand dollars over budget right now, and we haven't even started casting.

OK, lets back up. A few months ago, Michelle Pollino and Paul Fitzgerald got together over a couple of beers and started talking about making a movie, and before long we enlisted friends Kelly Burkhardt, Brian Gannon and Jerry Palovick as equal partners. We knew we could only afford to do a short, and we wanted something with a gay male theme, so we placed some ads looking for screenplays. Regrets, by screenwriter Rob Williams, was an immediate attention grabber; tense and creepy, the kind of story that makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up. We knew we had to make this film...now we just need to finance it!

Oh, we won't make a blatant, discomforting plea for your money. Yet. We've already made half our budget with an October fundraiser, and we're planning a second one for this December! We'll have announcements on all the details shortly, so please keep checking back, here and on Facebook...and don't forget you can make a donation anytime!
